Description

Description

Mutton: It is believed to be an excellent source of conjugated linoleic acid, a kind of fatty acid that helps prevent inflammatory conditions. It contains high amounts of iron. It contains high levels of vitamin B12. As goat meat is leaner, it is recommended for people who are on a health journey.

Beta vulgaris: It helps lower blood pressure. Improves exercise stamina, muscle power in people with heart failure. It may slow the progression of dementia. Helps you maintain a healthy weight. Good source of potassium.

Fish: It reduces pain and swelling, and also prevent the blood from clotting easily.It has important role in brain development and functioning.

Dosage

How to use: The suggested dose is 60 mL (5 tablespoonsful) in morning with or without milk or juice. To get the maximum result of Ma-ul-Laham breakfast should be simple not heavy. Those who cannot tolerate the full dose of 60 mL are advised to divide the total dose in two parts of 30 mL in morning and 30 mL in afternoon with fruit juice or milk or may be taken at bedtime.
